School Kits are available to order on shopttkits.com using Account #12383. Ordering is open for a limited time, SALES END on 6/7 due to the procurement and shipping time.

6/7 ~ LAST DAY OF SCHOOL (12:15 DISMISSAL for ALL)

STUDENT MEDICATIONS: If your student has medications stored in the health clerk's office, please pick them up by the END OF the DAY on Friday, 6/7. All remaining medications will be disposed of after the last day of school.
Interested in volunteering or joining any class parties? If you have yet to volunteer this year and plan to volunteer for a class party during the last week of school, please stop by the office before your volunteer day. You must provide your driver's license to set up in the RAPTOR volunteer check-in system.
5th Grade Promotion Ceremony Guests need to register before 6/7. Register your guests with the Guadalupe RSVP Form; a link is provided on GHSC.NET until Tuesday, 6/4. After that date, you will need to register in person.

Submit Your GHSC Reimbursement Requests by THURSDAY 6/6!!

Got Receipts? This is your last chance to submit them to Toolkit!

Event Chairs, Board Members, Event Decor Leads... take a minute to double check your records!

Room Parents- if you have class party expenses, please submit them ASAP!

Teachers will hand our your child's purchased yearbooks during the last week of school at their discretion.

Missing Library Books?

Ms. Jocelyn has closed the Guadalupe Library for inventory.

Be sure that you have returned all checked-out library books!!

Parents can find information about paying for lost library books on GHSC.NET/LIBRARY.

Reminder: Students with outstanding library books and an ordered yearbook will have it held by the librarian until the books are returned or a replacement fee is paid.

GHSC Toolkit REBOOT COMING

While you enjoy the summer, GHSC TOOLKIT will get a REBOOT for the 24/25 school year. All order forms and store items will be offline over the summer break! The last date to submit requestS on Toolkit will be 6/16/24. Be on the lookout in early August for the GHSC Toolkit relaunch email for the new school year.
