  1. 2023-24 Intent to Return Survey: Planning is underway for next year; please complete THIS SURVEY before Feb. 3rd, when open enrollment begins.
  2. REGISTRATION for 23/24 Kinder/TK: Registration is now OPEN for 2023/24 the Kinder & TK classes. CLICK HERE to head over to UnionSD.org for more information.
  3. Lost & Found Filling Up: We are seeing some pretty nice jackets and sweatshirts on the Lost & Found rack. Please take the time to check the rack this month and put your student's name inside their clothing or on Water Bottles. If there is a name, it will get returned.
  4. Forgotten Items: Open enrollment begins Feb 1, and the front office will be very busy. In an effort to avoid as many of the non-urgent interruptions as possible. Parents should communicate to their students that if they forget something and a parent brings it to school...it will be left on the table outside the office with no call to the classroom.
  5. Front Office Requests: Any requests for letters or records should come in as an email request to hamchukj@unionsd.org before pickup.

RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and TRAFFIC TEAM

Guadalupe administration has received more complaints from neighbors in our community and our Traffic Safety Volunteers.

  • PARK & STOP ALONG CURBS ONLY: Please do not stop or park your car within the span of a driveway or crosswalks.
  • THANK YOU FOR STOPPING: The Traffic Team is seeing more parents stopping at stop signs at the intersection of Vera Cruz and Puerto Vallarta. Thank you, and keep stopping at the line!
  • NO PARKING IN WHITE CURB: We still see more parents parking along the white curb on COLEMAN. It is illegal to leave your car unattended along a white curb. If you need to exit your car and walk onto campus, please park along the unpainted or green curbs on Coleman.
  • BE RESPECTFUL: The Guadalupe's Crossing Guard are parent volunteers whose primary goal is to keep all students safe; this includes teaching students to follow pedestrian laws like NO JAYWALKING and USE CROSSWALKS AT ALL TIMES. Please help us by modeling these best practices when arriving and leaving campus.
  • LATE ARRIVALS: If you are pulling into the Guadalupe Driveway @ 8:15AM, your student will arrive late to their classroom, and the teacher will instruct them to go get a late slip. Please arrive on time, or instruct your student to go to the front office to get a late slip first.
