Art Vistas Update: AV chair Laura Buchanan emailed docents and teachers with the slideshows they need in order to record and share the lessons with their classes. This is optional and up to the docents and teachers to decide for their classes.
Ceramics Update: Ceramic leaders are hoping to get to the leftover projects when the school is reopened to staff.
Community Meeting Frequency: Rachael Ostrowski asked for feedback from parents on whether to keep the meetings weekly. The majority of parents expressed the weekly frequency gives them an outlet to see familiar faces and a place to talk and connect. Parents also enjoy the Principal and Staff updates and finding new educational sources. The meetings will remain weekly, but once a month, a meeting will be replaced by the monthly GHSC Board Meeting.

New Guadalupe Family Information & Support: Parents discussed experiences as new families at Guadalupe and how we could provide more support to these families. Here are three ideas that came from the discussion:
- Creating an Online Webpage: Where new families reference and learn about the daily life of Guadalupe, references to support websites like GHSC Toolkit. information on events and more.
- New Family Mentorship Program: A parent suggested a family support program with seasoned families being mentors for New Families at Guadalupe. The inspiration comes from the Children's Musical Theater (CMTSJ) New Family Mentor Program.
- Grade Socials For 2020/21: Sarah Mettler thought grade gatherings might be a great way to bring the community back together in the FALL but a smaller format.
Picking Up Classwork: Parents still have questions regarding their student's classwork and belongings. To date, Principal Jones is waiting to received guidance from the district on how these items can be obtained. The last suggestion was possibly the last week of school, which is in June. Stay Tuned!
